- The PAC was funded and led by the Mercer family, which was also one of the forces behind Cambridge Analytica.
- Giuliani denies that the PAC and the Mercers were his clients.
- Giualini associate Laurence Levy gave legal counsel to Rebekah Mercer in 2014, two years before she took over the pro-Trump Make America Number 1 super PAC.
