Disengaged Teachers: A Problem We Need to Solve

A Gallup Poll found that 57% of teachers report that they are “not engaged” at work, with an additional 13% reporting that they are “actively disengaged.” This is alarming.

How can we expect students to be engaged in their learning if their own teachers are not engaged?
