It’s a chilling thought – but President Trump on several occassions has suggested that he might protest the election results if he does not win reelection. He would not be the first.

For months, the President has been warning that he might not concede if he loses, telling reporters who asked him to commit to a peaceful transfer of power, “There won’t be a transfer, frankly. They’ll be a continuation.”
